Sustaining Sponsor Options
Ten-Year Field Sponsorship
All six baseball fields are in need of sustaining funds to maintain infrastructure, such as scoreboards, dug-outs, fences, etc. The 10-year Field Sponsorship funds our effort to keep the fields in playable condition for future seasons. A sign with your company logo will be prominently displayed on the backstop of your chosen field. Your sponsorship gains you naming rights, so instead of the “Major League Field”, it will be known as “XYZ Company Field” in all correspondence and on our website.
Scoreboard Replacement Sponsorship
Three fields need replacement scoreboards. Current scoreboards use 15-year-old technology and break down regularly. Average cost is around $6,000-7,000 including sponsor signage. Once the scoreboard is installed with your company logo, it will be seen by thousands of people each year until the scoreboard is replaced. Contact us for more information.
Outfield Signs
Outfield signs will appear for 5 years, and there are two options to
pay: $500 for 3 years per field, or $1500 per field in advance.
Annual Sponsor Options:
2010 Team Sponsor
Annual team sponsorships sustain annual operating costs for the league, including umpires, upkeep of the fields and fences, and mowing. The name of your business will be printed on the back of your team’s jersey. Team sponsorships are $300 per team per year, and you may choose which team or age group you would like to sponsor.
2010 League Sponsor
This is a new option for sponsors who have connections to several
players in an age group. It allows you to place your company logo on a
banner front and center on the backstop of the chosen field. Your
donation will provide funds for baseballs and equipment specific to the
age group you select, and help defray travel costs for post-season
tournament teams.
2010 Website Sponsor
A great option for small business, the annual website sponsorship gets your company name on the front page of our website alongside other great companies that support youth baseball. SSYB encourages all participants to access the website for updates in communication, and SSYB.com is one of the premier youth sports websites in the region. Placement will be on the front page where parents and coaches go to check schedules, scores and weather updates. Price includes a link to your website on your ad.
